6 Months Old!

Well today marked a huge milestone for our little girl. As of 2:38 pm Emily is 6 months old!! If she wasn't out of warranty already, she definitely is now.

The first part of the celebration was coming to work to go to lunch with her favorite big guy, ME! After lunch, Emily & Mommy did some light shopping, as that is Emily's favorite kind. Then we stopped by the ReStore to visit Grandpa Ray, and then continued on to the Church to visit Grandma B. When she was finished with her visits, it was off to Paradise . . . Cheeseburger in Paradise that is. Mommy and Daddy both had Cheeseburgers in Paradise while Grandma Kathy & Auntie Mandy had Sandwich Thingys in Paradise.

Emily really enjoyed her little party and is really looking forward to the big party in December. She is very happy to be "Half."

All this partying tired our little girl out.

Grandma Kathy & Auntie Mandy gave Emily this really cool Zoo Train to play with. Look Grandpa Ray, Emily's first train! If only her head was big enough for the pink conductor's hat that you gave her . . . one day, one day.

Mommy managed to find a froggy that matches "Cow". Emily named him "Froggy". Shocking!

Since we were at Cheeseburger in Paradise for Emily's party, we had to indulge in their Chocolate Nachos . . . Yummy!

As the party continued, Emily's birthday hat continued to slide down her face. We took it off when we found it over her eyes, after we snapped this picture, of course.

What a party animal!!! She parties so much she can't even stay awake. Happy 6 month birthday.

Twenty years from now, Emily is going to see these pictures and have something to say something about mom and dad. ;o)

Actually, it'll probably start in the teenage years when she wants to go out to a party and blame you guys for her partying ways. =)

I see there is an impostor Aunt S now...

I am very happy to see that Emily now has a polka dotted frog to go along with her polka dotted cow. In my opinion, you cannot have too many polka dotted friends. Anything that bears affinity to freckles must be a good thing.

I can't figure out what the letters on Emily's crown mean... Oh, wait, that is an H, not an R, and that candle is meant to be an 'i' - I get it now... She is probably thinking, "I wish Daddy would not take embarrassing pictures of me with a crown over my face after a night of partying."
